Tony Wright in Bad Blonde (1953)
A femme-fatale film from the 50s with a strangely transparent fixation on the male body.
The story centers on Johnny Flanagan (hence the original title, The Flanagan Boy.) played by Tony Wright, as a young, potential boxer, seduced by the mistress of his benefactor. Tony Wright is clearly older in actual age than the character he's portraying. (This seems to be done very often in films from the 60s and prior.) But no matter, his classical features, the camera's love over his body, and his constant state of undress is enough to make me overlook the odd casting choice.
