Work has been insane lately, and this film came about just the right time; a simple, nostalgic and engaging film with major eye candy!
According to IMDB, this is pretty much Jason Patric's first film role (he's 20 at the time), and holy smoke, is he a hottie then! Even though he later matures into a sexy, manly figure, here he just oozes intensity and charisma. And I haven't seen any recent idols in their 20s as solidly built as Mr. Patric is here. (and the trail of hair... beautiful.)
Seriously, with good look, on-screen charm, and solid acting skill, why isn't he heading blockbusters by now?
