Tom Berenger in Body Language (1995)

I've gotten a lot of good suggestions for worthwhile Mr. Berenger scenes, and rest assured they are on the way! He really is a man that ages well, here in his 50s, the man is still as attractive as his younger days. Even though in Body Language (1995), his shirtless torso is obscured from most of the shots, (I was disappointed by this, because he still looks great in a suit.) if you pay attention during the sex scene, you'll be surprised at what part of his body made a special appearance (It is case like this where the "frame by frame" function becomes crucial.)

Tom Berenger in The Dogs of War (1980)

I still remember my delight seeing Mr. Berenger on big screen this summer during Inception; it is nice to see this great actor getting major work! (and still looks great at 61.)

The Dogs of War (1980) is a very early role for Mr. Berenger, his part is obscenely minimal (though on IMDB, it did state much of his character was cut from the final film.) .To my surprise, his body here is dynamically different from what I've seen in his later films, the muscles are very defined, and much leaner. I don't know, I think the fuller physique fits his face much better.

Tom Berenger in Betrayed (1988)

It has been awhile since I post anything on Mr. Berenger, unfortunately Betrayed (1988) is more like a tease than a full-on eye candy sensation. A rather gloomy subject matter, with Mr. Berenger playing a character resting right in the middle of right and wrong. While his day to day behavior is normal and pleasant, the belief he strongly attached to is pushing him in the direction not accepted by the general public.

Of course, you cannot see any of that from the captures above. Don't be fooled though, while it does look like a lot of scene with Mr. Berenger baring his torso, every single of them just fell short of taking advantage of the situation; with framing either too close, or not positioned to captured the body holistically. It's really too bad, because he certainly looks great here!

Tom Berenger in Shattered (1991)

Another week, another Tom Berenger movie!

I just love this man's performance; here it's no exception. Shattered (1991) has a great twist ending that will definitely leaves you discussing with your friends afterward. (Unfortunately, the twist does not hold up well if you dwell too deeply into it. It is a clever idea, nevertheless.) Only one brief shirtless scene here, but anyway, do check this film out!  

Tom Berenger in Someone to Watch Over Me (1987)

Someone to Watch Over Me (1987) was my very first Tom Berenger experience, and I think I chose a good spot to start. I enjoyed this early Ridley Scott thriller very much. Mr Berenger possesses a very unique, comforting charisma; viewers can easily sympathize with his character. he may not have the tightest body, but his overall presence outdo it all. Definitely will watch more of his films.
